UtiliData® System
The UtiliData® system is comprised of building-block components. The thrust
of the system is to allow a utility to start with a single substation
installation or to field a full SCADA system implementation with equal ease. By
using a modular approach to the architecture, the system is scalable and readily
expandable.
UtiliData® Master
The UtiliData® Master connects with one or more substation
UtiliData® 2202
substation data collection units. It provides supervisory control and monitoring
of all connected UtiliData® 2202 units. It can be as simple as a single personal
computer or as extensive as a central data communications processor, with
networked client workstations. Typically, the master display terminal provides a
system overview general user interface with navigation to detailed trend and
data displays for each attached 2202. Reporting and remote access options are
also available.
UtiliData® 2202
The UtiliData® 2202 is located at an individual
substation and acts as the data collection and control platform.
UtiliData® Micro 2202
The UtiliData® Micro 2202 is a scaled down 2202 for use in limited I/O
applications where communication with IEDs is not required. It represents a
cost-effective alternative for small substations that will not require upgrading
or expansion in the future. The Micro 2202 can also be adapted for legacy
recloser, switch or LTC control
