PCS UtiliData’s AdaptiVolt™ technology entitled, "Research of PCS UtiliData’s AdaptiVolt CVR System."

2, 2004 - James Michaelis, PE,
one of PCS UtiliData's senior engineers was selected to present a paper at
the 2005 WPDAC Conference. His paper, cowritten with Big Bend Electric
Cooperative’s Manager of Engineering and Power Supply, David Barden, is
entitled, "Data Acquisition and Control Solutions for Rural Utilities: A
Case Study."

- Mr. Thomas Wilson, Founder of PCS UtiliData and co-inventor of AdaptiVolt™
is appointed Chairman of the Board. For over seventeen years as President
of the corporation, Mr. Wilson has provided stalwart leadership and vision.
He now intends to pursue personal initiatives and will continue to provide
strategic direction as Chairman. Ms. Karen Wilson has been appointed
President of PCS UtiliData.

Tom Wilson presented a
paper, "Energy Conservation and Demand Control Using Distribution
Automation Technologies," at the 2004 IEEE Rural
Electric Power Conference.
May 2004 -
One of PCS UtiliData's AdaptiVolt™ systems was featured in,
"The Push and Pull of Demand," an article in the May 2004 issue of Rural
Electric Magazine. The system at Inland Power & Light reduced energy consumption
by 3.4 percent.

23, 2004 - PCS UtiliData commissioned the AdaptiVolt™ system at
Avista Utilities' Francis & Cedar substation.

PCS
UtiliData engineers have completed the training to become Certified Idea
Workbench™ Developers for
Cooper Power Systems. This training
provides PCS engineers with the tools and expertise to develop, implement and
support custom protection, control and automation schemes using the
Idea Workbench™ and
PeerComm™
software products for the
Form 6 Recloser Control and Idea™ line of
protective relays.

- The
Regional Technical Forum (RTF) approved the
Automated CVR Verification
Protocol No. 1.
PCS UtiliData put forth this protocol and recommended that it be used as the
RTF standard for the estimation and verification of energy savings on feeders
where an automated Conservation Voltage Regulation (CVR) system has been
deployed. The protocol is approved for use at electric utility distribution
feeders that serve residential, commercial and industrial customers, as well as
large industrial or commercial customers that have the ability to implement
automated CVR within their facilities.
April 1, 2004 - Flathead
Electric Cooperative awarded PCS UtiliData a contract to provide a new graphical
user interface (GUI) for their existing master SCADA system.
March 31, 2004 - PCS UtiliData engineering staff have begun the AdaptiVolt™
Survey and the Communication Propagation Survey for the City of Cheney,
Washington. These surveys consist of the first phase of AdaptiVolt™ system
technology deployment.
March 26, 2004 - PCS UtiliData
entered into an agreement today with Cooper Power Systems to become a Certified

will be certified to develop, implement and support custom protection, control
and automation schemes using the Idea Workbench™ and PeerComm™ software products
